FRANKIE MCLISTER
BROADCAST / Multimedia JOURNALIST

ABOUT ME

hi, i'm frankie.
My goal is simple: Work hard and smart while using 21st century tools to inform the world. I’m passionate about being engaged with the public and sharing stories that impact daily life.
Currently, I am a Reporter for Arizona's Family, KTVK/KPHO-TV. I graduated with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication (plus, a Certificate in International Business) from Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School in Dec. 2019. Additionally, I received my MMC in Mass Communication from the Cronkite School in Dec. 2020.
I began serving on the Board of Governors for the Rocky Mountain Emmy's (NATAS) chapter (in which I still currently serve) in June 2019. In addition, I have worked for KVOA-TV as a morning reporter, WestStar Multimedia Entertainment's "The Kim Komando Show" as a Production Assistant & Segment Booker/Producer, NBCUniversal as a TODAY Show/Megyn Kelly TODAY Intern, D.C.'s ABC 7 News (WJLA-TV) as a News Intern, Circa News as a Campus Correspondent and with Apple, Inc. as the ASU Campus Rep.
In hopes of becoming a bilingual, I pursued an experience abroad studying Spanish language and culture in Seville, Spain for the fall 2018 semester of my undergrad collegiate career.
I love family, friends, public speaking, Maryland crabs, traveling, working with people, problem solving, helping others, hot sauce and greek food!
